“Binnie” means Binnie Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. and its associated products, software, platforms, and services.
“Platform” refers to all digital and physical interfaces operated by Binnie, including smart bins, dashboards, APIs, mobile web links, and websites.
“Binnie Smart Bin” means the IoT-enabled recycling bin operated and owned by Binnie Ecotech Pvt. Ltd.
“Location Partner” refers to the owner or manager of any space or property where a Binnie Smart Bin is installed.
“Brand/Agency” means any advertiser or advertising agency that uses Binnie’s platform to display ads, run campaigns, or track engagement.
“User” means any individual who uses a Binnie Smart Bin, scans a QR code, earns, or redeems rewards.
